1. Browse Services
Visit our Services page to explore the categories and services available on HelloNatorie. Each service listing shows the company that provides it, pricing, and a description of what is included.
2. Add to Your Bag
When you find a service you are interested in, click the "Add to Bag" button. You can add multiple services from different companies to your bag. Review your selections by clicking the bag icon in the header.
3. Confirm Your Booking
When you are ready, click "Confirm Booking" to proceed. You will need to provide your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. This is a booking request, not a payment — no payment is collected at this stage.
4. Wait for Company Acceptance
After your booking is submitted, the service provider (company) will be notified. They will review your booking and either accept or decline it. You will receive an email notification once the company has responded.
5. Arrange Payment & Sessions
Once your booking is accepted, the company will contact you directly to arrange payment and schedule your first session. Payment is handled offline between you and the company.
6. Engagement & Agreement
During your engagement, the company may send you a service agreement through our platform. You can review and sign the agreement digitally from your account. Sessions will be scheduled and tracked through the platform.
7. Completion & Certificate
Once all sessions are completed, the company will mark the engagement as complete. You may receive a certificate of completion via email. You can view your full engagement history from your account under "My Engagements".
