How It Works:
- We help you set up a simple company profile and get verified.
- You set your consultation price (e.g. RM100–RM1000)
- Customers book → You get notified → Deliver via Google Meet or in-person
- Get paid — we deduct a small platform service fee
Purpose of Platform Fees:
At hellonatorie, we believe in keeping things simple, fair, and transparent.
No upfront fees:
List your services and create your company profile for free. No subscriptions or setup costs.
Only Pay When You Earn:
We charge a 15% service fee only when a client books a session and payment is completed. You keep 85% of every successful booking.
This fee helps us cover:
- Platform operations & maintenance
- Customer support
- Secure booking & payment system
- Marketing to attract real business clients
